Order Processing Times
As all our products are personalised to order, please allow 2-3 working days for despatch of un-proofed accessories and gifts and 3-5 working days for personalised invitations and on-the-day stationery*. For larger / more bespoke orders this may be a little longer due to the processes involved however we will be in regular contact with you throughout the process.
*Extra Large Foam Signs: please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

If you need your order urgently or by a certain date, please drop us a line and we will check we can achieve this for you before placing your order, we will always do our very best to help.

The following charges apply for UK deliveries via Royal Mail:

Orders up to £30: £2.75

Orders £30.01 and over: FREE
Express delivery is available for an expedited Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.

Full tracking is provided so you can keep an eye on your parcel of goodies as it makes it's way to your door step!

Returns
Due the the personalised nature of all our items, returns are not accepted unless faulty / damaged. In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit or faulty in any way, please contact us within 5 working days from receipt and we will be more than happy to help.

This stunning Table Plan is a stylish way to direct your guests to the correct seats at your wedding reception venue.

The design features a delicate script font for the heading 'Your Seat Awaits' and your table numbers which are then laser cut from a choice of matte or mirror coloured acrylic for a modern 3D effect. Please see colour chart image for available colours.

Please attach your table plan list of who is sitting on which table via the file upload button for us to then create a PDF proof for you to check.

We can tailor the wording on the sign to say whatever you would like if you would like a range of signs for various purposes across the day - please drop us a message with any ideas you have and we will be more than happy to help.

The design is printed via black UV ink (not a vinyl sticker) for a vibrant and durable finish which is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. If you would like a different print colour, please just let us know!

The table plan is available in 3 sizes / finishes (we can do these landscape or portrait):

Standard: Matte white acrylic ~ H40xW30cm (maximum 6 guest tables plus top table)

Large: Matte white acrylic ~ H60xW40cm (maximum 12 guest tables plus top table)

Extra Large: A1 White foam board ~ H84xW60cm (please note, allow 5-7 working days production for this size)
