Delivery Information

As all our products are personalised to order, please allow 1-2 working days for despatch of un-proofed accessories and gifts and 2-5 working days for personalised invitations and on-the-day stationery. For larger / more bespoke orders this may be a little longer due to the processes involved however we will be in regular contact with you throughout the process.

If you need your order urgently or by a certain date, please drop us a line and we will check we can achieve this for you before placing your order, we will always do our very best to help.

The following charges apply for UK deliveries via either Royal Mail Tracked or Fedex (dependent upon order value and/or size):

Orders up to £50: £2.75

Orders £50.01 and over: FREE

Full tracking is provided so you can keep an eye on your parcel of goodies as it makes it's way to your door step!

Due the the personalised nature of all our items, returns are not accepted unless faulty / damaged. In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit or faulty in any way, please contact us within 5 working days from receipt and we will be more than happy to help.
