This website is subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations and specifically Regulation 13(C) where there is an entitlement to a 7 day cancellation period. However this does not apply to personalised goods. If work has begun on your personalised order we are unable to accept a cancellation request.
Any problems with your order should be reported to us within 5 working days from delivery via one of the methods mentioned on our Contact page.
Handmade by name, Handmade by nature...Due to the nature of handmade products there may be slight colour, texture and design variances from those shown on the website, or between your sample and an order placed at a later date, or between orders made separately. Any differences will be minimal, but hey, we are only human, not robots - your stationery will still be finished to the highest standards and finish, but very slight differences may occur between samples / batches.
Prices & Discounts...Any prices, offers or discounts quoted will only be valid once payment has been received. Without payment these discounts are subject to change without notice. Offers are strictly only available when advertised and cannot be back dated. Grab them while they are there!
Payment...Full payment is required upon placing your order. Your order will not be commenced until the full payment has cleared.
Proofing...The approval of the proof is the responsibility of the client. You proof/proofs must be approved by e-mail giving Weddings by Lumi consent to begin your order. Minor changes / amendments can be made at no extra charge, however a substantial change needing a re-proof will be subject to a £10 charge per proof. After the proof has been approved and this consent received, Weddings by Lumi will not be liable for any mistakes and any rectifications will be chargeable.
Colour Matching & Materials...Colour matching will be through what materials can obtained through regular suppliers and will be brought in as best possible through matt / pearlescent cards, ink and ribbons. An exact match cannot be guaranteed so the closest possible result will be achieved.
Copyright...The website, photography, it's contents, all products and their design remain copyright to Weddings by Lumi. Immense amounts of work, time and ideas are invested by us into our work so please, under no circumstances, sweep that from under our feet.
Returns / Refunds...We do not accept returns on any personalised goods unless in the unfortunate event they are faulty / damaged, in which case a replacement will be sent upon receipt of the faulty items.
If an item is cancelled from the order, a refund will be provided in full if no work has begun on the item (see cancellation section above). If an item has been proofed but not made, a £10 fee per item will be deducted from the refund amount to cover proofing costs. If work has begun on the item, a refund cannot be given.
