As all our products are personalised to order, please allow 2-3 working days for despatch of un-proofed accessories and gifts and 3-5 working days for personalised invitations and on-the-day stationery*. For larger / more bespoke orders this may be a little longer due to the processes involved however we will be in regular contact with you throughout the process.

*Extra Large Foam Signs: please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

Due the the personalised nature of all our items, returns are not accepted unless faulty / damaged. In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit or faulty in any way, please contact us within 5 working days from receipt and we will be more than happy to help.

The place cards are available with or without your guest names printed and can be supplied as either a folded tent card or postcard. If you have ordered them with names printed, please double check all names before sending them to us as we cannot proof all individual place cards.
