Order Processing Times

As all our products are personalised to order, please allow 2-3 working days for despatch of un-proofed accessories and gifts and 3-5 working days for personalised invitations and on-the-day stationery*. For larger / more bespoke orders this may be a little longer due to the processes involved however we will be in regular contact with you throughout the process.

*Extra Large Foam Signs: please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

If you need your order urgently or by a certain date, please drop us a line and we will check we can achieve this for you before placing your order, we will always do our very best to help.

Due the the personalised nature of all our items, returns are not accepted unless faulty / damaged. In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit or faulty in any way, please contact us within 5 working days from receipt and we will be more than happy to help.

Our Manhattan design is available in this luxury vellum wrapped invitation bundle for you to send to your guests with all your wedding details.

The invitations can be worded to suit your desired formality and who is hosting the wedding - visit our wording suggestions page for ideas or provide us with your own choice of wording. They can also be personalised to suit all day Wedding guests or Evening only guests.

Within the bundle there is also an additional information card and RSVP postcard. The additional information card allows you to communicate important information to your guests, for example directions, accommodation, gift wish or menu choice options. The separate RSVP postcard is included to encourage your guests to reply with ease and can be customised to include menu choice options if needed.

We can print your invitations onto a wide selection of card colours that match our acrylic range - please see the colour chart image for available colours. The RSVP card and belly band are in white card for a contrast with the text printed in the colour to match your chosen card colour for the other item.

For all card colours except the white your invitations will be printed with white ink - if you choose to have the white coloured card, please let us know your preferred colour for the text to be printed in.
