As all our products are personalised to order, please allow 2-3 working days for despatch of un-proofed accessories and gifts and 3-5 working days for personalised invitations and on-the-day stationery*. For larger / more bespoke orders this may be a little longer due to the processes involved however we will be in regular contact with you throughout the process.

*Extra Large A1 Foamboard Signs: please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

Due the the personalised nature of all our items, returns are not accepted unless faulty / damaged. In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit or faulty in any way, please contact us within 5 working days from receipt and we will be more than happy to help.

These pretty heart Wine Glass Charms are a great addition to your Wedding Reception to direct your guests to their seats whilst doubling up as favours.

The acrylic hearts are available in a choice of 4 finishes:

~ Gold Mirror Acrylic (mirror one side, grey on the back)
~ Silver Mirror Acrylic (mirror one side, grey on the back)
~ Rose Gold Mirror Acrylic (mirror one side, grey on the back)
~ Clear Acrylic

The charms are heart shaped and personalised with your guest names engraved onto each one to create individual place settings. To personalise, either paste your list of names into the personalisation box or send them to hello@weddingsbylumi.co.uk

The charms are laser engraved on the reverse with your guest names.

They will be sent with the plastic cover still on the front - please remove and wash before use. Handwash Only.
