Order Processing Times
As all our products are personalised to order, please allow 2-3 working days for despatch of un-proofed accessories and gifts and 3-5 working days for personalised invitations and on-the-day stationery*. For larger / more bespoke orders this may be a little longer due to the processes involved however we will be in regular contact with you throughout the process.
*Extra Large Foam Signs: please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

Express delivery is available for an expedited Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.

Returns
Due the the personalised nature of all our items, returns are not accepted unless faulty / damaged. In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit or faulty in any way, please contact us within 5 working days from receipt and we will be more than happy to help.

We know it's important to make sure the colour is what you are hoping for as colours can vary on screen so this is a great way to check beforehand.

You will receive a 3x3cm sample of your chosen colour sample/s.

Please note: colours may vary from batch to batch of acrylic due to the manufacturing process, please be aware when receiving a sample the colour may vary slightly between this and your future order/s.
