Order Processing Times
As all our products are personalised to order, please allow 2-3 working days for despatch of un-proofed accessories and gifts and 3-5 working days for personalised invitations and on-the-day stationery. For larger / more bespoke orders this may be a little longer due to the processes involved however we will be in regular contact with you throughout the process.
If you need your order urgently or by a certain date, please drop us a line and we will check we can achieve this for you before placing your order, we will always do our very best to help.
Postage Charges
The following charges apply for UK deliveries via Royal Mail:
Orders up to £50: £3.25
Orders £50.01 and over: FREE
Express delivery is available for an expedited Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
Full tracking is provided so you can keep an eye on your parcel of goodies as it makes it's way to your door step!
Returns
Due the the personalised nature of all our items, returns are not accepted unless faulty / damaged. In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit or faulty in any way, please contact us within 5 working days from receipt and we will be more than happy to help.

This gorgeous Jewellery Box is a cute gift for your Bridesmaids and members of your Bridal party.
A perfect way to ask them to be a part of the day, and a long lasting gift to be enjoyed afterwards to store their jewellery and trinkets inside.
Made from a champagne ivory coloured PU leather with a soft touch pale pink lining with lots of pockets and hooks to hold the jewellery safely.
This box is a perfect size and lightweight for taking jewellery away on holiday in one place rather than in lots of little boxes.
The design features a watercolour wildflower frame design which is personalised with the recipient's name, bridal party role and wedding date to create a special keepsake gift.
The box has the following features:
~ 3 hooks for necklaces or bracelets
~ an elasticated pouch for bits and bobs
~ 4 handy compartments
~ 6 cushioned ring slots
The design is printed directly onto the lid via UV inks for a long lasting and durable finish.
The PU leather outer surface is waterproof so easy to wipe clean. The lid is held closed with a zip fastening.
