Order Processing Times
As all our products are personalised to order, please allow 2-3 working days for despatch of un-proofed accessories and gifts and 3-5 working days for personalised invitations and on-the-day stationery*. For larger / more bespoke orders this may be a little longer due to the processes involved however we will be in regular contact with you throughout the process.
*Extra Large Foam Signs: please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.
If you need your order urgently or by a certain date, please drop us a line and we will check we can achieve this for you before placing your order, we will always do our very best to help.

The following charges apply for UK deliveries via Royal Mail:
Orders up to £30: £2.75
Orders £30.01 and over: FREE
Express delivery is available for an expedited Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
Full tracking is provided so you can keep an eye on your parcel of goodies as it makes it's way to your door step!
Returns
Due the the personalised nature of all our items, returns are not accepted unless faulty / damaged. In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit or faulty in any way, please contact us within 5 working days from receipt and we will be more than happy to help.

This bundle creates a cohesive matching suite of items for your wedding reception tables of 4 or more and includes the following per table:
8 x PERSONALISED PLACE CARDS
Your will receive the equivalent of 8 place cards individually personalised with your guests first names. Any place cards that are surplus to requirements (if any) we can print any word you like on them (for example to use as 'reserved' cards etc) or send them blank for you to write your own message on them. If you require more than the allocated amount, extras are available to purhcase here.
2 x MENU POST CARDS
Your will receive 2 printed menu postcards per table which can either be laid down on a place setting or propped up within your table centrpiece decor.
1 x TABLE NUMBER / NAME CARD
One double sided A5 table number or name card per table.
1 x PACK OF 25 TABLE CONFETTI TOKENS
Add a little extra personal touch to your tables with these cute heart shaped table confetti. They are engraved with your names and wedding date and available in a choice of wood or mirror finishes. These add a cute touch to your tables which can be used throughout your reception area and your guests will love to take one as a small token from the day to keep.
So for example, if you have 6 tables (including your top table) you will receive the following:

6 x double sided table number/name cards
150 x heart scatter table confetti tokens
